Frequently Asked Questions and Policies

Are there refunds?

You may return your Relio watch within 14 days of receipt. Returned watches must be in brand new condition and still in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. If watch is found to be in any other condition, watch will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to customer.

US-based customers will be provided a free return label. International customers will have to cover return shipping themselves.

 

Resized bracelets or worn watches will not be accepted for returns. Watch must be in its protective packaging still intact. 

 

How will I get my watch?

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority and international orders will ship standard via UPS.

After the watch has shipped, an email with shipping information will be sent out. Please allow extra time for processing.

International shipping times vary.

Is there a warranty?

All Relio Watches have a 2 year limited warranty on watches with manufacturing defects.

Damage to the watch components or movement caused by the customer from general misuse, accidents, dropping, magnetic exposure, leaving the crown open, or any unauthorized work will NOT be covered.

Is my Relio water resistant?

Yes! But only if the crown is screwed all the way down. 100 meters is safe enough to go for a swim and submerged in shallow water momentarily. Please make sure the crown is screwed all the way down.

Taxes and Duties

International customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and courier fees.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
All prices listed on the website are not inclusive of sales tax or VAT.
